Firecracker Rub

Lawry's used to be my go-to seasoning, a little mild for me but the rest of the family liked it. I tried to come up with a Whole30 compliant replacement. I did a lot of experiments and I came up with the following for a July 4th Cookout. I decided to call it my Firecracker Dry Rub.

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp garlic powder

• 2 tbsp onion powder

• 2 tbsp ghost pepper salt (I use this one)

• 1 tbsp sea salt

• 1 tbsp ancho chili powder

• 1 tbs cayenne pepper

• 1 tbsp cumin

• 2 tsp paprika

• 2 tsp black pepper

Mix everything together and apply liberally.
