Summer Slaw
This is one of the few recipes I came up with on my own! It is also one of the few recipes I have that doesn't involve some sort of pepper, onion or garlic.
Ingredient List
Apples
Jicama
Kohlrabi
Radishes
Carrots
5 tsp Homemade Mayo (I use cider vinegar from Well Fed)
2 tsp Lemon juice
2 tsp Lime juice
1 tsp cider vinegar
Parsley
Directions
Cut all vegetables and put in bowl.
Combine mayo, lemon juice, lime juice, cider vinegar and parsley and stir together.
Pour mayo mixture into bowl and toss.
