Turkey Sausage Balls

I tried to come up with a Whole30 compliant protein source for breakfast (mostly). They don't look pretty but they are pretty good. I change the spices a lot, which helps break up the monotony. I don't try to hide the onion or the garlic, this may or may not be because I'm lazy and have no knife skills.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Onion, chopped

  • 1 Head of Garlic, chopped

  • 1 lb of Ground Turkey

  • Cayenne Pepper (2 1/2 tsp or to taste)

  • Ghost Pepper Salt (2 1/2 tsp or to taste; I use this one)

  • Berbere Seasoning (2 1/2 tsp or to taste)

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350.

Chop the onion and garlic.

Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix by hand.

Shape into meatballs and place into an ungreased muffin pan.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Move turkey balls to a paper towel to remove some of the grease.
